Some of our automation applications are:

Low voltage/battery operated motors

• in the event where a higher percentage of the door use is a manual operation.

Low energy powered operators

• is most commonly used where a small amount of traffic is present.

High energy powered operators

• used in higher volume traffic where safety devices are needed.

Pneumatic operators

• this application is used in areas where electrical operators are not permitted or convenient due to surrounding atmosphere.

Electro-Hydraulic operators

• these type of operators are designed to offer a smooth hydraulic closing feel with the ability to automatically operate the doors with a motor.

In floor operators

• In the event that aesthetics is a must. Concealing the operator in the floor will give the eye what it wants while supplying building compliance.

Sliding door operators

• Pedestrian, commercial, and industrial grade sliding doors are very common in high traffic situations.  New installations or a retrofit installation to salvage existing doors are available. 

Revolving door operators

• Ordinarily found where building pressure is high priority revolving doors are also automated to meet all code compliance.

Roof hatch opener

• For pleasure or for need, roof hatches can also be automated. Usually in situations where airflow is needed.

Sliding gate operators

• Installed in front or the rear of the gate to take advantage of the space saved due to the nature of the gate application. Operators for sliding gates range depending on size and usage. Upon utilization specs, a light to heavy duty operator is offered to accommodate scenario. 

Swing gate operators

• When the best application is a swing gate, it can also be automated. Commercial high traffic operators or linear actuators are offered for swing gates to meet customers needs.

Barrier gate operators

• when controlled access to the building parking lot is needed an automated barrier arm will do the job.

Overhead door operators

• Let it be a sectional door, a sheet door, slat door, grill door, or speed door; the concept is the same. They can all be automated. Whether the solution is a jackshaft, a trolley, or a hoist style operator it can be done to assure satisfaction.
