It all started when...
making 50 cents above minimum wage and newly hired at a local door repair company. After a couple days at work, the owner pulled aside, the now President of Door Boss Inc, at that time a young and inexperienced helper, to tell him two things. The first words were "this company is for you to learn and move on". The second was "a company owner only works half a day, now you decide which twelve hours to work"; these impacting words gave curiosity and sensation a lot to think of. Seeing potential in the young man but without knowing, the owner, woke a desire and life goal in him to one day have companies of his own.
